Abstract
Une vanne libère un fluide provenant d'une source de pression élevée vers un récepteur faible pression. Cette vanne comprend une boîte (301) comportant une première cavité (312), une deuxième cavité (313), une surface d'étanchéité intérieure annulaire (318), une bague élastomère (303), un champignon (302) et un dispositif d'actionnement (304) pour commander le déplacement axial du champignon placé de manière coaxiale dans la boîte (301). Le champignon présente une paroi de côté sensiblement cylindrique, formant une surface d'étanchéité externe (317). Ce champignon comporte des canaux de fluide (310) pour guider le fluide provenant d'une première cavité (312) dans le sens radial vers l'extérieur à travers au moins un orifice (311) ménagé dans la paroi latérale. Une fois la vanne fermée, la bague élastomère (303) entre en contact avec la surface d'étanchéité extérieure (317) et la surface d'étanchéité intérieure (318) fermant la première cavité (312) de la deuxième cavité (313). Une fois la vanne ouverte, l'orifice (311) est placé par rapport à la bague élastomère (303) de telle sorte que le fluide sortant de cet orifice déforme la bague élastomère (303) vers l'extérieur, en formant un espace (314).
