Abstract
L'invention est une cannule d'hémostase comprenant un logement (10) dans lequel se trouve un passage (11) dimensionné pour recevoir un cathéter (57), et un corps de clapet (1, 1', 1") monté dans le passage (11). Le corps de clapet (1, 1', 1") présente une ouverture (2, 3, 102, 103, 112, 113, 2', 3', 2", 3") traversante formant un joint autour d'un cathéter (57) contenu dans la cannule. Dans un mode de réalisation, un anneau intérieur (8") en matière souple garnit au moins une partie de l'intérieur de l'ouverture (2", 3"). Le corps du clapet (1, 1', 1") est comprimé à l'intérieur du logement (10) de la cannule. Lorsque l'on retire le cathéter (57), le corps du clapet (1, 1', 1") se ferme, bloquant ainsi le flux d'air vers l'intérieur du vaisseau sanguin du patient, et bloquant également le flux sanguin sortant du vaisseau sanguin du patient. Le logement (10) de la cannule comprent également un orifice latéral (45) destiné à l'introduction de fluides dans le vaisseau sanguin du patient.
