Abstract
Ce procédé de traitement d'hydrocarbures tirés de déchets plastiques consiste en un craquage catalytique des déchets plastiques en présence d'un catalyseur à une température comprise entre 280 et 480 ·C, en l'élimination des impuretés solides du produit gazeux par précipitation puis condensation, en l'envoi du gaz résultant vers une chambre de combustion et en une séparation du liquide obtenu pour la production d'essence et de gazole qu'on stabilise pour les transformer en produits de haute qualité. L'installation propre à ce procédé comprend un dispositif hydraulique d'alimentation automatique, une enceinte de distillation, un dispositif de précipitation, un condenseur à deux étages, un collecteur et un dispositif d'évacuation du gaz de queue, une pompe à vide qui élimine les sédiments, un radiateur, une cuve, une tour de fractionnement, un régulateur d'équilibre, une cuve de stockage de produit, etc.
