Abstract
La présente invention concerne un métal pelliculé dont la surface est enduite d'un revêtement en résine phénol, naphtol ou bisphénol constituée d'unités structurelles spécifiques. L'épaisseur du métal pelliculé est comprise entre 5 et 500 nm. La résine de pelliculage de ce métal contient de 5 à 500 mg de carbone à l'état atomique par m?2¿ de surface, lesquels atomes de carbone recouvrent ainsi au moins 90 % de la surface du métal. Ce métal pelliculé peut être soumis à un couchage de façon à réaliser un composite caractérisé par une excellente aptitude au formage, une excellente résistance à la corrosion, une excellente adhérence entre le film pelliculé et le métal, et une excellente innocuité pour l'environnement.
