Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire des compositions détergentes haute densité. Ce procédé est un procédé continu permettant de produire des agglomérats de détergent haute densité. Ce procédé consiste à placer une pâte tensioactive et un produit de départ détergent sec dans un mélangeur/densificateur. Ce dernier possède un arbre de rotation, placé en son centre, dont les vibrations sont maintenues à une valeur minimale par des amortisseurs synchronisés fixés sur cet arbre. Ce procédé permet d'obtenir une composition détergente haute densité, s'écoulant librement, qui peut être commercialisée comme composition détergente "compacte" ou à faible dosage.
