Abstract

L'invention concerne un serveur de liaison (105a, 105b) qui est ajouté à un système de télécommunications traditionnel afin de permettre l'intégration transparente du vocal-sur-réseau (VON) à la téléphonie traditionnelle. Le serveur de liaison accepte des appels téléphoniques traditionnels et des appels vocal-sur-réseau et peut distribuer les appels depuis une liste d'attente. Il comprend une carte vocale et un appareil de transmission par réseau permettant d'acquérir des données VON et soit de les convertir en données téléphoniques pour transmettre les appels à un autocommutateur privé (104a, 104b) soit de transmettre les appels directement à un PC.
