Abstract
Cette invention se rapporte au domaine de l'industrie pétrochimique et peut être utilisée dans des installations servant à produire de l'éthylène et du propylène dans lesquelles on empêche la formation de dépôts de coke en introduisant une solution d'inhibiteur dans le serpentin. Ce traitement a pour but d'éliminer les brûlages du serpentin dans la zone d'injection de la solution d'inhibiteur. On utilise à cette fin une unité d'introduction qui comprend une section droite de serpentin avec une conduite d'alimentation en matières premières, un pulvérisateur d'inhibiteur, un conduit assurant l'alimentation en inhibiteur vers le pulvérisateur ainsi qu'un conduit complémentaire entourant le premier, ces éléments étant disposés de manière coaxiale. L'unité d'introduction comprend en outre un redresseur de flux qui va réduire les fortes turbulences vers le bas dans le sens de l'écoulement, et qui est disposé coaxialement dans la section droite du serpentin dans la zone d'injection de la solution d'inhibiteur. Au cours d'expériences qui ont duré 11 mois, aucune panne de l'unité d'introduction d'inhibiteur n'a été enregistrée, non plus qu'aucun brûlage du serpentin dans la zone d'installation de ladite unité d'introduction.
