Abstract

L'invention concerne des carbapénèmes à substitution naphtosultame en position 2 et liés par un groupe CH¿2?. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques et des méthodes de traitement. Le naphtosultame est substitué par au moins un groupe cationique -A-Q-L-B: (I). A-Q-L-B représente une chaîne latérale dans laquelle en partie: Q représente (II) et B représente (III) ou (IV). Les carbapénèmes de la présente invention sont utiles contre des micro-organismes Gram positif notamment des staphylocoques résistant à la méthicilline.
