Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de biopsie endoscopique flexible ou rigide, qui sert à prélever de multiples échantillons de biopsie provenant de différents sites, et à séparer et stocker ces échantillons dans un conteneur cloisonné. L'extrémité distale de ce dispositif consiste en un moyen de préhension qui peut prélever ou couper un morceau de tissu. L'extrémité proximale du tubage intérieur est connecté via l'extrémité de poignée du dispositif à un dispositif de stockage d'échantillons à chambres multiples, qui est lui-même connecté à un moyen d'aspiration. Le dispositif de stockage comporte plusieurs chambres, chacune de celles-ci pouvant être alignée sur le tubage intérieur par rotation du sommet du dispositif de stockage. Après que certains ou tous les sous-compartiments de stockage ont été remplis d'échantillons, on peut séparer le dispositif de stockage du tubage intérieur et de la poignée du dispositif, l'étiqueter et l'envoyer au laboratoire de pathologie.
