Abstract
La présente invention concerne des méthodes et trousses destinées à atténuer les dégâts causés aux tissus par un rayonnement, à améliorer l'efficacité de la radiothérapie, à faciliter une greffe de moelle osseuse et à favoriser la production et la mobilisation de mégacaryocytes et la production de plaquettes; chaque méthode consiste à administrer une quantité effective d'angiotensinogène, d'angiotensine I (AI), d'analogues d'AI, de fragments d'AI et de leurs analogues, d'angiotensine II (AII), d'analogues d'AII, de fragments d'AII ou de leurs analogues ou d'agonistes de récepteur d'AII AT2 de type 2.
