Abstract

L'invention concerne des matières de reconstitution de peau destinées à favoriser la cicatrisation. Selon un mode de réalisation, la matière de reconstitution de peau est chimère et on l'obtient en prélevant des cellules épithéliales autologues sur un patient, et en les cultivant sur un substrat biocompatible contenant des cellules épithéliales allogéniques cultivées in vitro. La matière de reconstitution de peau chimère vivante peut être implantée sur une matière de reconstitution de peau permanente précédemment implantée au niveau du site de la lésion. Selon un autre mode de réalisation, la matière de reconstitution de peau est une matière composite comprenant un composant interne, intermédiaire et extérieur et, renfermant (a) un composant interne comprenant un produit de synthèse de peau biocompatible ayant un squelette biodégradable et amovible pour base; (b) un composant intermédiaire comprenant des cellules épithéliales; et (c) un composant externe comprenant des cellules épithéliales cultivées in vitro sur un produit de synthèse de peau comprenant une partie peau ayant un squelette biodégradable et amovible pour base, ladite partie peau étant combinée avec une enveloppe de transition et étant tournée vers l'intérieur dudit composant intermédiaire des cellules épithéliales. L'invention concerne également des méthodes de production et d'implantation des diverses matières de reconstitution de peau de l'invention.
