Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation microbienne de substances à partir d'un métabolisme aromatique, plus particulièrement d'acides aminés aromatiques. L'invention concerne, en outre, les structures géniques et les cellules transformées. Selon l'invention, on observe une augmentation de la production de substances, notamment d'acides aminés aromatiques, suite à l'introduction ou à l'augmentation de l'activité d'une glucose déhydrogénase. Cette augmentation de l'activité d'une enzyme catalysant l'oxydation du glucose entraîne la formation intracellulaire de gluconolactone et d'acide gluconique à partir de substrats renfermant du glucose. Selon un mode de réalisation préférentiel, la glucose déhydrogénase est dérivée du Bacillus megaterium. Le procédé peut être mis en oeuvre pour fournir une gamme plus variée de substances.
