Abstract

L'invention concerne de polypeptides de BUB1 kinases et de NEK kinases, des séquences de nucléotides codant pour lesdits polypeptides, ainsi que divers produits et techniques utiles pour le diagnostic et le traitement de divers états et pathologies liés aux kinases. L'utilisation d'une stratégie de clonage à base de PCR ciblée a permis d'identifier la sérine-thréonine kinase (STK) BUB1 humaine et de prédire sa structure protéique. L'utilisation d'une stratégie bio-informatique a permis d'identifier trois membres de la sous-famille NEK des STK de mammifère et de prédire leur structure protéique.
