Abstract

L'invention porte sur de nouvelles séquences d'ADN humain qui codent le gène CYB5RP et sur une désaturase d'acide gras delta 6. L'invention porte également sur l'ADN génomique CYB5RP, ainsi que sur l'ADNc qui code la protéine CYB5RP. L'invention porte, de plus, sur une protéine CYB5RP codée par les nouvelles séquences d'ADN, sur des procédés d'expression de la protéine CYB5RP dans des systèmes de recombinaison, ainsi que sur des procédés CYB5RP qui identifient les activateurs et les inhibiteurs de la protéine CYB5RP.
