Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de concentrer un(des) micro-organisme(s) particulier(s) ou d'intérêt dans un échantillon. Pour ce faire, on met l'échantillon en contact avec une matrice à laquelle est lié un récepteur d'affinité spécifique au(x) micro-organisme(s) particulier(s), le récepteur d'affinité et la matrice étant sélectionnés de manière à permettre la capture du(des) micro-organisme(s) vers la matrice au moyen du récepteur d'affinité, lorsque le(s) micro-organisme(s) est(sont) présent(s) en quantité négligeable dans l'échantillon. Aussi, l'étape de pré-enrichissement prolongée est-elle nécessaire et dans certains cas, il faut la combiner avec une étape de pré-enrichissement du(des) micro-organisme(s) dans l'échantillon.
