Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à une matrice de caoutchouc contenant: (a) 10 à 90 % (en volume) de caoutchouc naturel, (b) un ou plusieurs agents de compatibilisation choisis dans un groupe de polymères contenant: (i) soit un groupe nitrile, (ii) soit un halogène, (iii) soit un groupe acétate, (iv) soit un époxyde, (v) soit un styrène, (vi) soit un acrylate, et (c) un ou plusieurs seconds agents de compatibilisation qui constituent des copromoteurs interfaciaux choisis dans un groupe contenant: (i) soit un acétate de polyvinyle, (ii) soit de l'éthylène-acétate de vinyle, (iii) soit un polyacrylonitrile ou une résine à forte teneur en nitrile, (iv) soit un acrylamide ou un polyacrylamide, (v) soit une résine phénolique, (vi) soit un polymère d'acrylate, (vii) soit un polymère halogéné, (viii) soit un anhydride maléique ou un anhydride polymaléique, (ix) soit un bismaléimide. Cette matrice de caoutchouc peut être mélangée à un ou plusieurs thermoplastiques choisis dans un groupe comprenant: (i) soit des polyuréthanes, (ii) soit des polyesters, (iii) soit des polyamides, (iv) soit des acrylates, (v) soit de l'acrylonitrile-butadiène-styrène, (vi) soit des polyoléfines, (vii) soit des esters cellulosiques, afin de former un composite de caoutchouc et de thermoplastiques.
