Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de resurfaçage de routes, et en particulier de tabliers de ponts (10). Ce procédé consiste tout d'abord à étaler une fine couche d'un béton modifié par polymères (28), à l'aide d'une raclette, sur la surface d'un tablier de pont, puis à appliquer par un traitement généralisé une couche de grains rocheux (24) sur le béton humide (18), afin de former une surface à haut coefficient de frottement. Puis on applique une seconde couche de béton modifié par polymères (28) sur la première couche de grains rocheux (24), à l'aide de ladite raclette (20), puis on effectue un traitement généralisé d'une seconde couche de grains rocheux sur cette couche, avant d'appliquer du sable quartzeux lourd (30). Dans un autre mode de réalisation, on dépose des fils chauffants (34) sur la surface de la route et on applique une épaisse couche de béton modifié par polymères (44) sur ces fils (34), afin de les enrober dans ce béton modifié par polymères (38). Puis on applique une couche rocheuse (46) sur la surface de ce béton modifié par polymères, et si la route présente des ornières ou des nids de poules (12), on répare ces défauts avant de procéder au resurfaçage de cette route, cette réparation étant effectuée à l'aide d'un mélange d'un agrégat de grains de granit et de béton modifié par polymères, qui permet de former un mastic (14) destiné à être ensuite surfacé dans les ornières et nids de poules (12). Enfin, on peut former dans le béton modifié par polymères (18) des lignes (48) pour empêcher la formation de flaques d'eau, en raclant la surface alors que celle-ci est encore humide.
