Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de détection de défauts dans un conducteur de courant alternatif parmi un ensemble de conducteurs adjacents. Le procédé consiste à détecter la forme d'onde d'un premier composant d'un vecteur de champ magnétique, représentatif du champ magnétique entourant les conducteurs à un emplacement situé le long des conducteurs, à détecter la forme d'onde d'un second composant du vecteur de champ magnétique, à surveiller, audit emplacement, les deux formes d'onde au cas où un changement interviendrait, et à détecter un défaut dans un des conducteurs, indiqué par le changement de l'une des formes d'onde ou des deux.
