Abstract
L'invention concerne une cartouche (20) s'utilisant pour réaliser une réaction chimique et comprenant un corps doté d'au moins une voie d'acheminement formée à l'intérieur. La cartouche comprend également une cuve à réaction (40) s'étendant à partir du corps et servant à soutenir un mélange réactionnel pour la réaction chimique et la détection optique. La cuve (40) comporte un cadre rigide définissant les parois latérales d'une chambre de réaction. Ce cadre comporte au moins un canal reliant la voie d'acheminement à la chambre. La cuve comprend également des pellicules ou feuilles souples, fixées à des côtés opposés du cadre rigide afin de former les parois opposées principales de la chambre. En outre, au moins deux des parois latérales sont transparentes et décalées d'un point de vue angulaire afin de permettre une détection optique en temps réel de l'analyte dans la chambre de réaction.
