Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de former une structure composite continue (70), lequel procédé consiste à encapsuler des particules d'additif solides (75) dans un premier matériau liquide formant une résine réactive (76) et à provoquer la migration d'une partie de ce mélange au travers d'une couche poreuse, de manière à former une matrice de résine continue (76) à l'intérieur de la couche, qui comporte des surfaces extérieures adhésives. On applique ensuite un revêtement mince, constitué d'un second matériau présélectionné formant un résine (71) et durcissant presque immédiatement après son application, sur les deux surfaces adhésives principales de la matrice/couche (70). On applique également un revêtement mince, constitué d'un matériau présélectionné formant une résine durcissant presque immédiatement, sur une surface de base finale, par exemple un fossé. On dépose séquentiellement plusieurs longueurs de matrice/couche (70) ainsi enduite selon une configuration de superposition finale sur la base de surface revêtue.
