Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de formation d'une structure composite qui consiste à présélectionner deux matières de formation de résines liquides qui réagissent entre elles et à déterminer les quantités relatives pour terminer sensiblement la réaction entre les résines. Les matières de formation de résine découlent par gravité le long d'un chemin commun sinueux pour effectuer leur mélange. Le mélange obtenu par gravité est libéré vers le bas sur un blanchet poreux se déplaçant le long d'un chemin incliné vers le bas adjacent à une surface cylindrique de rotation. Le blanchet est passé par un bassin comprenant le mélange et entre des surfaces de cylindre passif adjacentes. Le blanchet traité par ce mélange est amené en contact avec une surface finale présélectionnée tout en migrant une partie du mélange de formation de résine à travers la surface poreuse de manière sensiblement uniforme de façon à former une matrice de résine continue dans le blanchet. Une forte liaison permanente est formée entre le blanchet et la surface finale. L'invention concerne également un appareil pour former la structure composite.
