Abstract
L'invention concerne des procédés et des appareils servant à réaliser des analyses, notamment des dispositifs microfluidiques. Selon des aspects préférés, les dispositifs sont fabriqués au moyen d'une technique multicouches de céramique destinée à constituer des dispositifs dans lesquels on peut réaliser des réactions moléculaires parallèles, régulées indépendamment, telles que des réactions d'amplification d'acides nucléiques comprenant la réaction en chaîne de la polymérase (PCR). En outre, les dispositifs peuvent inclure et comprendre des micro chromatographes en phase gazeuse, fabriqués de manière similaire à partir de céramique.
