Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système d'identification automatisée de formulaires (45) pré-imprimés, à partir de l'emplacement d'une marque (230) faite manuellement sur le formulaire (45). Le procédé consiste à recevoir des données d'image d'encre numérisées (412), à identifier l'existence et l'emplacement d'une marque (230) à déterminer tout désalignement entre les données d'encre reçues et une image stockée du formulaire, et à décaler les données d'encre afin de corriger le désalignement. Le système comprend un numériseur (35) et un formulaire (45) pré-imprimé comprenant un ou plusieurs indicateurs pré-imprimés uniques au formulaire indiquant où l'utilisateur doit introduire une ou plusieurs marques (220, 230) d'identification. Le numériseur (35) transmet des données d'image à un processeur (25) informatique, couplé à une base de données, comprenant une ou plusieurs images numérisées de marques faites sur un formulaire. Le processeur (25) identifie l'existence et l'emplacement d'une ou de plusieurs marques d'identification faites par l'utilisateur, et identifie le formulaire à partir de l'emplacement de la ou des marques.
