La présente invention concerne un dispositif de conditionnement et/ou d'application d'un fluide (P) sur une surface, comportant au moins un élémen t comportant: - une pluralité de particules, et - une portion perméable au fluide, la portion définissant au moins partiellement un espace intérieur configuré pour retenir la pluralité de particules, ledit au moins un élément étant agencé de telle sorte que: - la pluralité de particules comporte au moins une substance, et ladite au moins une substance est apte à être au contact d'au moins l'un du fluide et de la surface recevant le fluide, et/ou - ledit au moins un élément est apte à générer au moins l'un d'un champ électrique et d'un champ magnétique, et au moins l'un du fluide et de la surface est apte à être soumis au champ généré par ladite au moins une substance.
