Abstract
L'invention concerne des procédés de détection d'acide nucléique. Ces procédés consistent à mettre en contact l'acide nucléique avec un ou plusieurs types de particules sur lesquels sont attachés des oligonucléotides. Dans une réalisation du procédé, les oligonucléotides sont attachés à des nanoparticules et contiennent des séquences complémentaires des portions de la séquence de l'acide nucléique. Un changement détectable (de préférence un changement de couleur) s'opère comme résultat de l'hybridation entre l'acide nucléique et les oligonucléotides portés par les nanoparticules. L'invention concerne en outre des compositions et des nécessaires contenant des nanoparticules. L'invention concerne aussi des procédés de synthèse de conjugués uniques nanoparticule-oligonucléotide, les conjugués produits à l'aide de ces procédés, et des procédés d'utilisation de ces conjugués. Elle concerne encore des nanomatériaux et des nanostructures comprenant des nanoparticules ainsi que des procédés de nanofabrication utilisant ces nanoparticules. Elle concerne enfin un procédé de séparation d'un acide nucléique sélectionné parmi d'autres acides nucléiques.
