Abstract
L'invention concerne un ensemble d'administration (10) d'un dispositif endoluminal et un procédé de libération et de déploiement d'un dispositif thérapeutique endoluminal (28) au niveau d'un emplacement souhaité, aux fins de traitement dans le système vasculaire d'un patient, lequel met en oeuvre un cathéter tubulaire souple et allongé (12) comprenant une pointe distale tubulaire (16) qui est conçue dans un matériau élastique et montée sur l'extrémité distale (14) du cathéter (12), de manière à maintenir amovible l'extrémité proximale (28) du dispositif endoluminal (28). Celui-ci (28) peut être débloqué de la pointe distale tubulaire (16) au moyen d'un élément pousseur (34) ou d'un fluide sous pression, de manière à expulser le dispositif endoluminal (28) au niveau de l'emplacement souhaité, aux fins de traitement dans le système vasculaire d'un patient. Une bobine souple (40) peut être montée sur l'extrémité distale (38) de l'élément pousseur allongé (34), de manière à permettre un déplacement amélioré.
