Abstract

L'invention porte sur des domaines de synthétases de peptides non ribosomiques (NRPS) qui présentent des activités de double condensation et épimérisation. Ces </= domaines de double condensation/epimérisation NRPS >/= permettent l'introduction de substrats non protéinogéniques, tels que les acides aminés D, dans des produits peptidiques. Ces domaines de double condensation/epimérisation NRPS peuvent également servir à modifier la stéréochimie de peptides synthétisés au niveau des sites d'acides aminés sélectionnés.
