Abstract
Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé qui permet de produire une tôle d'acier par immersion à chaud à base de Zn-Al-Mg ayant un excellent maintien du brillant et qui consiste à cet effet à régler de façon appropriée, dans une étape consistant à refroidir le produit avec de l'eau après coagulation d'une couche de plaquage, la température à laquelle la couche de plaquage est mise en contact avec l'écoulement d'eau, c'est-à-dire à régler de façon appropriée dans cette étape la température du matériau à plaquer, lorsque celui-ci est mis en contact avec l'écoulement d'eau, et à utiliser de préférence un bain de plaquage dans lequel est incorporée une petite quantité d'un élément hautement oxydable. Ce procédé permet de stabiliser les états d'oxydation des éléments Al et Mg présents dans la partie de surface de la couche de plaquage, ce qui entraîne la suppression de la détérioration du brillant de surface d'une telle tôle d'acier à immersion à chaud à base de Zn-Al-Mg.
