Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte à une toile tissée structurée pouvant être utilisée pour la fabrication d'une bande de papier ménager et présentant une surface de contact avec le papier ménager, ainsi qu'à un procédé de fabrication d'une toile tissée structurée. La surface de contact avec le papier ménager de la toile tissée structurée comprend au moins un premier groupe de fils et un second groupe de fils qui sont tels que le premier groupe de fils s'étend suivant une première direction et que le second groupe de fils s'étend suivant une seconde direction. Le premier groupe de fils est conçu pour former des flottés surélevés et des sautés en creux, ce qui définit une surface de toile tridimensionnelle comportant a) une première région d'arrière-plan présentant un ensemble de premiers flottés surélevés sensiblement parallèles, séparés par un ensemble de premiers sautés en creux sensiblement parallèles, comportant de premiers sautés en creux positionnés entre de premiers flottés surélevés adjacents et comportant de premiers flottés surélevés positionnés entre de premiers sautés en creux adjacents ; b) une seconde région d'arrière-plan présentant un ensemble de seconds flottés surélevés sensiblement parallèles, séparés par un ensemble de sautés en creux sensiblement parallèles, comportant de seconds sautés en creux positionnés entre de seconds flottés surélevés adjacents et comportant de seconds flottés surélevés positionnés entre de seconds sautés en creux adjacents ; et, c) une région de transition positionnée entre la première et la seconde région d'arrière-plan, dans laquelle les premiers flottés surélevés de la première région d'arrière-plan s'abaissent de manière à devenir les seconds sautés en creux de la seconde région d'arrière-plan et les seconds flottés surélevés de la seconde région d'arrière-plan s'abaissent de manière à devenir les premiers sautés en creux de la première région d'arrière-plan.
