Abstract
L'invention concerne un tissu sculpté (100) pour la fabrication d'un voile de papier, présentant un côté en contact avec la machine à papier et un côté en contact avec le papier, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication d'un tel tissu sculpté. Le côté en contact avec le papier comprend un élément poreux supérieur (105) comprenant une base (102) présentant des zones surélevées non tissées (40, 52) situées sur cette base. Ces zones surélevées non tissées comprennent un premier groupe d'éléments surélevés non tissés (108) et un second groupe d'éléments surélevés non tissés, tous les deux surélevés par rapport à la base. Le premier groupe d'éléments surélevés non tissés s'étend dans au moins une direction, et le second groupe d'éléments surélevés non tissés s'étend dans au moins une seconde direction. Le premier groupe d'éléments surélevés non tissés et le second groupe d'éléments surélevés non tissés sont agencés sur la base pour produire des zones surélevées et des zones renfoncées (40, 42, 52, 54) définissant une surface tridimensionnelle en contact avec le tissu comprenant: a) une première zone arrière (38) présentant un ensemble de premières zones surélevées (40) sensiblement parallèles comprenant au moins un sous-ensemble du premier groupe des éléments surélevés non tissés, et comprenant un premier groupe de zones renfoncées (42), les premières zones surélevées et les premières zones renfoncées alternant; b) une seconde zone arrière (50) présentant un ensemble de secondes zones surélevées (52) sensiblement parallèles comprenant au moins un sous-ensemble du second groupe d'éléments surélevés non tissés, et comprenant un second groupe de zones renfoncées (54), les secondes zones surélevées et les secondes zones renfoncées alternant; et, c) une zone de transition (62) positionnée entre la première zone arrière et la seconde zone arrière, à l'emplacement où les premières zones surélevées de la première zone arrière se terminent, et où les secondes zones surélevées de la seconde zone arrière se terminent.
