Abstract
La présente invention concerne une buse (26) destiné à un moule à canal chaud (10) qui présente une cavité (29) et un canal (27) formé dans un corps (24) de celui-ci et communiquant avec la cavité. La buse mène au canal et présente un élément chauffant (36), une rainure thermo-isolante (37), et un anneau de transmission de chaleur (38) disposé sur sa surface périphérique externe (35). La buse comprend un voie de passage de flux (33). L'élément chauffant, la rainure et l'anneau sont disposés dans l'ordre le long d'une direction de circulation de résine (51) à l'intérieur de la voie de passage. La rainure empêche la chaleur produite par l'élément chauffant d'être transmise à la partie d'extrémité distale (43a) de la buse. L'anneau sert à transmettre la chaleur de la partie d'extrémité distale au corps. Grâce à ce dispositif, le produit moulé résultant (11) peut être extrait du moule sans provoquer la formation de filaments entre la canal et la partie d'extrémité distale.
