Abstract

L'invention concerne une forme dosifiée orale apte à administrer un dosage combiné de progestérone, et qui après administration par le tube digestif permet d'obtenir une concentration de progestérone dans le sang comprise entre environ 0,1 ng/ml et environ 400 ng/ml. Ladite forme dosifiée possède une combinaison comprenant (a) une première forme solide qui comporte entre 25 mg et 500 mg de progestérone micronisée dans un excipient polyéthylèneglycol présentant un poids moléculaire moyen compris entre 1000 et 10000 et constituant au moins environ 30 % de ladite première forme solide; et (b) une seconde forme solide comprenant un oestrogène.
