Abstract
L'invention décrit un brûleur à combustion gazéifiant à cyclone et son utilisation. Le brûleur a une paroi cylindrique intérieure avec une chambre de contour qui alimente de l'air de combustion dans la pompe d'injection de carburant solide, où une matière combustible forme une couche de carburant. La paroi cylindrique intérieure comporte au moins deux séries de trous de jet d'air inclinés d'un diamètre sensiblement prédéterminé et situées à des endroits sensiblement prédéterminés pour créer un cyclone unidirectionnel dans une zone de combustion définie dans la paroi cylindrique intérieure. Les trous de jet d'air sont situés à un angle tangentiel et vertical, là où l'air de combustion est alimenté dans la paroi cylindrique intérieure, créant ainsi un flux de cyclone pour mélanger les gaz de combustion émis par la couche de combustible à pyrolyse flambant et forçant les gaz de combustion à suivre un modèle cyclonique sur une zone de réaction pour accroître au moins la durée de résidence, la durée de mélange ou la durée de turbulence des gaz de combustion et précipiter simultanément les particules suspendues contre la surface interne de la paroi cylindrique intérieure. Ainsi, les particules gravitent vers la couche de combustible où elles sont retirées d'une manière contrôlée durant l'utilisation du brûleur. Le brûleur à combustion à cyclone réduit donc considérablement l'émission des polluants dans l'atmosphère.
