Abstract

La présente invention a trait à une cuisinière de cuisson et de chauffage alimentée en granules ou en grains de biomasse conçue de manière à cuire et à chauffer de l'eau pour le chauffage domestique, laquelle cuisinière comprend une cheminée alimentée en granules ou en grains de biomasse, au moins une plaque permettant de cuire des aliments et deux échangeurs de chaleur permettant de chauffer de l'eau pour le chauffage domestique, laquelle plaque de cuisson est située au-dessus de la cheminée alimentée en granules ou en grains de biomasse, lesquels deux échangeurs de chaleur sont placés sur les côtés de la plaque de cuisson. Deux plaques de déviation inclinées sont montées sur un côté desdits échangeurs de chaleur et font en sorte que la fumée de la combustion monte de manière à toucher la plaque de cuisson puis circule sur les échangeurs de chaleur. Les échangeurs de chaleur se présentent sous la forme de deux faisceaux dotés de tuyaux parallèles. Au moins une plaque de déviation fixe est disposée sur lesdits tuyaux desdits échangeurs de chaleur en faisceau, lesdites plaques de déviation fixes étant perpendiculaire auxdits tuyaux desdits échangeurs de chaleur en faisceau, chaque plaque de déviation fixe étant dotée d'un point d'accès unique qui est placé au-dessus ou en dessous de chaque faisceau de tuyaux.
