Abstract

Une structure de faisceau monobloc de pare-chocs et de longeron intermédiaire de cadre inférieur est formée à laide dun procédé dhydroformage pour créer une configuration transversale « en forme de B » uniforme avec des déclencheurs en cas de collision pour améliorer le comportement en cas de collision. Les pattes de montage de la structure intégrale du pare-chocs sont formées avec une section transversale réduite aux extrémités terminales de celle-ci pour faciliter linsertion dans les longerons intermédiaires du cadre inférieur formés à partir dune paire de tubes placés horizontalement. Les parties des extrémités terminales des pattes de montage sont formées avec une fente qui sétend longitudinalement pour recevoir un élément de paroi centrale coréunie formée au travers la soudure de deux éléments tubulaires verticaux dans les longerons intermédiaires du cadre inférieur. La structure de pare-chocs monobloc et de pattes de montage qui sétendent longitudinalement peut être formée en soudant ensemble deux tubes verticaux.
