Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé d'épaississement d'hydrocarbures liquides, qui consiste à mélanger l'hydrocarbure avec un polymère de polyoléfine de paraffine sous forme solide dans le but d'obtenir une solution homogène épaissie. L'hydrocarbure est de préférence du kérosène et le polymère peut être un polymère "Vistanex". Le produit peut être utilisé comme pétrole lampant, mais peut égalent être appliquer sur du charbon de bois comme allume-barbecue.
