Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un appareil pour éteindre un feu d'un combustible difficile à éteindre ou d'un liquide inflammable difficile à éteindre dans un réservoir doté d'au moins une partie plafond supérieure importante. Ce système comporte la libération en temps opportun de poudre sèche dans un espace ou une cavité sensiblement confinés définis entre la surface du combustible/liquide, ou entre un flotteur quelconque sur cette surface, et la partie plafond supérieure fixe. La présente invention porte également sur un appareil associé à ce système.
