Abstract

Un outil à coupelle comprend une coupelle élastomère en deux parties pour maîtriser la pression d'un fluide. Une surface extérieure de tube de l'outil à cupule comporte une partie inférieure avec un premier diamètre, et une partie supérieure avec un second diamètre plus grand, ainsi qu'une partie conique comprise entre la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure. Une partie inférieure de la coupelle élastomère en deux parties comprend un joint à lèvre qui épouse la surface extérieure de l'outil à coupelle, et scelle la partie conique du tube de l'outil à coupelle. Ainsi, on obtient un joint d'étanchéité à haute pression entre le tube de l'outil à coupelle et la coupelle élastomère en deux parties, dans la position établie.
