Abstract

Une méthode de production d'articles textiles est divulguée. Un tube de tissu allongé avec une couche supérieure et inférieure est fourni. Il est placé à plat sur une première table munie d'un convoyeur pour déplacer le tube de tissu en direction longitudinale. Le convoyeur achemine le tube de tissu sur la première table. La couche supérieure du tube de tissu est alors coupée selon sa ligne médiane dans la direction longitudinale dans laquelle le tube est transporté par le convoyeur. Le tube de tissu est alors coupé selon les longueurs désirées. Les longueurs de matériau désirées sont acheminées par convoyeur sur une table à couture munie de machines à coudre, puis cousues à une extrémité de couture le long de chaque extrémité des dites longueurs de tissu afin d'obtenir une feuille avec des bordures latérales non fermées.
