Abstract
Une méthode pour choisir des ions précurseurs dans un piège électrostatique consiste à injecter des ions dans le piège électrostatique, les ions y compris les ions précurseurs ont des ratios masse-charge intéressants et des ions non voulus. Une tension RF est appliquée à au moins une électrode du piège électrostatique. La tension RF est en résonnance avec l'oscillation axiale des ions précurseurs à une phase correcte comme les ions précurseurs, mais pas les ions non voulus, les ions précurseurs sont menés dans le plan de symétrie du piège électrostatique.
