Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système permettant de diffuser des messages d'alerte à des groups sélectionnés de destinataires et à leurs dispositifs de communication, qui sont de différents types et utilisent une pluralité de moyens de communications différents. Les profils ou caractéristiques des destinataires sont reçus indifféremment par des bases de données, des répertoires ou des nuds de communication auxquels peut accéder le système. L'identification de groupes sélectionnables qui sont ensuite présentés à un répartiteur permettant de sélectionner les destinataires est demandée à ces sources. Le message d'alerte est ensuite fourni à des moyens de diffusion qui utilisent une pluralité de moyens incorporés dont chacun est configuré spécifiquement pour communiquer le message d'alerte à un type de dispositif cible correspondant. Un module de traitement de réponse reçoit ensuite des réponses des dispositifs cibles pour un rapport ultérieur.
