Abstract

L'invention porte sur des procédés et des systèmes pour communiquer des messages d'alerte à des dispositifs de communication cibles dans un emplacement physique cible. Les dispositifs cibles peuvent ne pas être préconfigurés pour être découverts ou pour recevoir le message d'alerte. Des sources de réseau sont interrogées afin d'identifier des emplacements logiques accessibles, qui sont associés à des emplacements physiques dans une base de données.
