Abstract
L'invention concerne un four (1) pour le traitement thermique en continu d'au moins un objet allongé, notamment métallique, tel qu'un ou plusieurs fils métalliques (2), notamment des fils d'acier, présentant une entrée de four (3) et une sortie de four (4) ainsi qu'au moins un ou plusieurs segments de four (5) qui s'étendent entre l'entrée de four (3) et la sortie de four (4) et qui forment un premier canal (8), un ou plusieurs éléments chauffants (6) servant à établir une température dans le ou les segments de four (5) étant placés dans le four (1), notamment dans le premier canal (8), et l'objet allongé, notamment métallique, pouvant être transporté le long du premier canal (8). Selon l'invention, le four présente en outre au moins un deuxième canal (9), communiquant avec le premier canal (8), ainsi qu'un ventilateur (7) permettant de faire circuler l'atmosphère se trouvant dans le four (1) le long du premier canal (8) et du deuxième canal (9). L'invention concerne en outre un module pour le traitement thermique en continu d'au moins un objet allongé, notamment métallique, tel qu'un ou plusieurs fils métalliques (2), notamment des fils d'acier, ainsi qu'un dispositif comportant un four (1) et un module de ce type. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour le traitement thermique en continu d'au moins un objet allongé, notamment métallique, tel qu'un ou plusieurs fils métalliques (2), notamment des fils d'acier.
