Abstract
La présente invention a trait à une machine de coulée sous pression qui comprend un organe de commande de fermeture de la coquille qui est en mesure d'induire de façon sélective une pression de fermeture sur des premier et second plateaux en vue de les pousser vers une position fermée dans laquelle leurs parties de coquille sont pressées l'une contre l'autre le long d'une ligne de séparation. Une chemise de cylindre d'injection est mobile par rapport aux parties de coquille entre une position distale dans laquelle la chemise de cylindre d'injection et les parties de coquille sont espacées les unes des autres ; et une position d'injection dans laquelle la chemise de cylindre d'injection met en prise les parties de coquille au niveau d'une ouverture d'admission lorsque les premier et second plateaux sont en position fermée. La chemise de cylindre d'injection applique une pression de contact transversale lorsqu'elle met en prise les parties de coquille. La pression de fermeture est distribuée de façon irrégulière sur les plateaux de manière à compenser la pression de contact transversale en vue d'obtenir une pression de moulage effective résultante sur les parties de coquille qui est distribuée de façon sensiblement régulière d'un bout à l'autre de la ligne de séparation.
