Abstract

Il est décrit diverses réalisations de méthodes et appareils servant à séparer du sperme, y compris des appareils qui comprennent un réservoir dentrée et de sortie ou lun ou lautre des éléments suivants : i) un ensemble radial de microconduits disposés entre les réservoirs dentrée et de sortie afin détablir une communication fluidique entre ces derniers et conduire le sperme motile vers lintérieur entre le réservoir dentrée et le réservoir de sortie; ii) au moins un microconduit disposé entre les réservoirs dentrée et de sortie afin détablir une communication fluidique entre ces derniers, lequel microconduit comprend un orifice dentrée situé à côté du réservoir de sortie et un croisement situé entre les orifices dentrée et de sortie du conduit servant à conduire une partie du sperme qui entre par lorifice dentrée voir le réservoir de sortie, et ce, en fonction de la motilité du sperme le long des murs. Les méthodes comprennent remplir un appareil de fluide intermédiaire, introduire le sperme dans un réservoir dentrée, puis récupérer le spermatozoïde séparé du sperme à partir dun réservoir de sortie.
