Abstract

La présente invention concerne un récipient pour une réaction d'amplification d'acide nucléique, comprenant un capillaire (100) et un manchon (200) de conduction de chaleur. Le manchon (200) de conduction de chaleur est ajusté fermement sur le côté externe du capillaire (100) pour chauffer le capillaire (100) de façon uniforme lorsque la chaleur est transférée au manchon (200) de conduction de chaleur, de sorte que le capillaire (100) soit chauffé uniformément. De cette façon, la vitesse de la réaction d'amplification d'acide nucléique est augmentée.
