Abstract
Lhydrocraquage dans une boue de forage dune charge dalimentation à base dhydrocarbures lourds donne un flux de gazole sous vide lourd (HVGO) et un flux de brai. Au moins une partie du flux de brai est soumise à une réaction de SDA en vue de la préparation dun flux dhuile désasphaltée à faible teneur en métaux. Lhuile désasphaltée est mélangée avec au moins une partie du flux de HVGO en vue de la production de carburant pour turbines ou pour bateaux présentant des propriétés acceptables en matière de combustion dans les turbines à gaz ou comme carburant pour bateaux. Linvention produit une composition dhydrocarbures qui comprend au moins 73 % en poids de produits aromatiques; pas plus de 5 % en poids de produits insolubles dans lheptane; et pas plus de 50 ppm en poids de vanadium; au moins 80 % en volume de ladite composition bout à une température supérieure à 426 °C (800 °F) et 12 à 21 % en poids de ladite composition est un extrait de brai soluble dans le pentane.
