Abstract

Une gestion améliorée dun réseau dalimentation électrique est obtenue en fournissant à chacun des lieux d'abonnement un dispositif de commande de charge qui comprend un système de correction de puissance servant à appliquer une charge capacitive ou un réacteur commuté de correction de tension de la tension dentrée et un système de détection défini par une paire de compteurs à un à l'alimentation et lautre en aval de la correction de tension servant à détecter les variations du facteur de puissance. Un système de commande agit pour contrôler le système de correction de puissance en réaction aux variations détectées par le système de détection et pour établir la communication entre le dispositif de contrôle de charge et le système de contrôle du réseau de sorte à fournir un système interactif bidirectionnel.
