Abstract

Une gestion dun réseau de transmission délectricité est obtenue grâce à la fourniture, au niveau de chacun des locaux dabonnés, dun système de correction dénergie permettant dappliquer un réacteur à commutation pour une correction de puissance aux bornes de la tension dentrée et un système de détection défini par une paire de compteurs, lun au niveau de lalimentation et le second en aval de la correction de tension, permettant de détecter les variations du facteur de puissance. Le système comprend une disposition déquilibrage de charges entre une première phase sur un premier BUS et une seconde phase sur un second BUS en calculant un courant de correction requis en ajourant des courants de charge des première et seconde phases. En outre, une disposition est fournie lorsquune charge est mise sous tension et une mise hors tension est fournie à une batterie brièvement et cette électricité est réduite pendant une période sensiblement correspondante ou supérieure à ladite constante de temps naturelle du système dalimentation électrique.
