Abstract

La présente invention concerne une pompe à chaleur Vuilleumier dans laquelle des pistons auxiliaires de côté chaud et de côté froid sont commandés, respectivement, par des premier et second actionneurs électromagnétiques. Selon l'invention, le premier actionneur peut déplacer le piston auxiliaire de côté chaud entre les première et seconde extrémités d'un parcours tandis que le piston auxiliaire de côté froid demeure stationnaire, et le second actionneur peut déplacer le piston auxiliaire de côté froid tandis que le piston auxiliaire de côté chaud demeure stationnaire. Les agencements de vilebrequin de l'état de la technique sont incapables de fournir une stabilisation d'un piston auxiliaire tout en déplaçant l'autre piston auxiliaire. La mise en action des pistons auxiliaires conformément aux modes de réalisation de la présente invention fournit un coefficient de performance plus élevé que les agencements de vilebrequin.
